Our business provides consultations conducted by licensed healthcare providers. All prescribing decisions are made at the sole discretion of the provider, in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. We do not issue prescriptions without a legitimate patient-provider relationship, and all consultations are documented and compliant with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare standards.

Medication Return Policy
For the safety of our patients and in compliance with federal and state regulations, all medication sales are final once they have been dispensed and shipped. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription or over-the-counter medications that have left our facility, even if unopened, due to health, safety, and legal restrictions.
Exceptions may apply only in the following cases:
- The medication you received is incorrect due to an error on our part.
- The medication arrives damaged, defective, or compromised during shipping.
- You receive a product that was not part of your order.
In these cases, please contact our office within 7 business days of receipt. We will review the situation and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or issue a credit.
Non-Returnable Items Include (but are not limited to):
- Prescription medications
- Opened or partially used products
- Temperature-sensitive medications (e.g., injectables, refrigerated items)
- Special order items
How to Report an Issue:
- Contact our office by phone or email within 7 business days.
- Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Our team will verify the concern and advise you on next steps.
