I’ve only visited a few times but desk staff is super friendly and have always been sweet too me. When I went in for my consultation I was provided with plenty honest information and she answered all my questions. Not too mention a great price for something that works!

Pleasant, professional staff. Easy process and affordable products when they have specials. The semaglutide is supplied in prefilled syringes, which works well for people with vision challenges.

It didnt work out for me as I was really sick with the shot. HOWEVER- the staff and customer service was top notch they called to renew my shot and I told the associate to please pause me indefinitely. She was O nice anout it and also even knowing Im stopping the shot booked me complimentary appt with a provider to make sure I am OK. That speaks volumes' she could have just said ok and hung up but I feel like this company actually cares. 5 stars and I wish I could continue but I recommend them highly.

Such a friendly staff. There’s always a very positive atmosphere when you walk into the office, the staff is professional and always on time; on their busiest days I’ve maybe waited about :10 minutes. Location is very convenient for me as well and I will continue to come here for services. Thank you ladies for always being so great.

5/30: Two stars for service. Very friendly, very welcoming. I was given prefilled syringes and that just didn't sit right with me. I was brought a syringe to make sure I could do it but the other three were prefilled as well. Obviously you have no idea what you're taking. I didn't take any other shots, so unsure if what they gave me worked but that's not how it comes. 6/2 These are facts. It was not my intent to misrepresent anything. I was not prescribed this medication and picked it up from a pharmacy, I seen no vials or pens. I was given a box with 3 syringes drawn to 10. I asked immediately "are they all supposed to be the same?" She looked at the paper I handed her and said "she checked them all, this must be right" now I'm confused because they're all different amounts. We look at each other for a moment and I smile and leave. Like what would you do after all that?

I had a wonderful experience at Weight Loss MD, all thanks to Diana. I mistakenly thought I could walk in for a medication refill and learned that an appointment was required. Instead of turning me away and making me reschedule for another day, Diana went above and beyond. She immediately valued my time and creatively solved the problem by arranging a Microsoft Teams meeting with a Nurse Practitioner right then and there. I was taken care of quickly and received excellent service. Diana also took the extra time to remind me exactly how to dispense my medication properly, which I truly appreciated. Thank you, Diana and the entire team, for your thoughtful, efficient, and outstanding care!

I definitely recommend this place! All the staff here is amazing specially the front desk girl! The short employee was also very great and welcoming. I will definitely come back! The doctor here as well was very informative and answered all of my questions.

I do not recommend this place, very unprofessional. They shuffle clients in like cattle, and just want to take your money and get you through the door real quickly. I dared ask a few questions because I’ve taken weight loss medication for a long time and I was curious what they compound their injectable medication with. The provider was unpleased to answer the question, and told me they wouldn’t be changing anytime soon, although I didn’t ask them to. I just wanted to be an informed client. So, I left because it was just a very weird and unprofessional vibe in there. The first thing they asked when I came in was can they take my payment information, and I said no, I would like to speak with the provider first to learn more. The “provider" has no personality, is very unfriendly, and seemed very put off that I dared to ask any questions. The whole place seemed very disorganized and rushed, and kind of a sham.

Their hours of operation are not what they say they are. They're supposed to close at 6pm but 2xs I've gotten here 10-15min 'til and both times they've closed early. My appointment doesn't take more than 5min for a shot. It's really annoying and very inconvenient since the office isn't open on the weekends, the least you could do is stay open your regular operating hours. And if you want to close early on Fridays then say so. Don't advertise that you're open until 6pm when you're not. This is the only WLMD near me and unfortunately I have to cross the whole city to get there.

Diana front desk the receptionist is great every time I go in and always believed in my weight loss. I would definitely recommend this place and their medication is great!
